Buyers and Sellers will make arrangements with consideration of weather provisions and/or  health risk. Once funds are transferred, risk of loss and death rests with the Buyer. In the case an animal dies, there must be a necropsy and a vet verification of death provided by the seller. If this cannot be provided seller is responsible to provide a refund to the buyer. This transaction is between buyer and seller.
